Enlighting

I have found the information in this book to be very easy to apply to my life. As I continue to apply the principals laid out in this guide and see the positive changes in myself, I hope to start a study group from other who want to live in a more healthy way.

Keep focused!

What I need hear to stay focused! I highly recommend for a group series! I have been in a battle to over come being over weight since 1990... a long time of stuggle and feeling like a failure most of the time. God is changing my heart and this series in helping me to turn to God and put food in its proper place! God has been moving me towards whole foods living for about 5-6 years and this fits in with what I already desire to do! I want to fuel my body with what it needs, I feel sooooo good when I do and when I eat processed food I feel sick, sometimes, for hours after! Thank you Kimberly Taylor for writing this series and I pray God's riches blessing over you!
